The memorial plaque at the Medical Association Office commemorating the opening of the preventive medicine museum. I received one of the original 4 medallion supports for my service to preventative medicine. 以前ありました道民健康教育センターを設立 された、当時　北海道医師会会長　山崎医師 のお言葉がセンターに飾られていました。こ のプレートを支えていた留めの一つを頂きま した。
